Stretched under the last stars of dawn today.

The serene open to my skate session was soon destroyed when I discovered the park, after two days of off and on rain, was covered with blotches of dirt and landmines. Luckily this was my first day back in a couple days, so going a little easy had been the unspoken plan anyway.
The bowl, which must have boss drainage, was clear though. I geared up, more protected than Evel Knievel jumping the Grand Canyon, and made a few rounds starting at bottom. Shredding the bowl is still a long way off, but getting in there and feeling where the flow will be, where it could be, continues to be progress (he says trying to convince himself).
